Pitch Side is a football coaching app for grassroots coaches, teams, clubs, parents, and players. The coaching toolkit is free. An optional paid plan, Pitch Side Pro, adds AI session generation. By using the app, you agree to the following terms.

Use of the app

You can use Pitch Side to run grassroots football teams, whether you coach on your own or for a club, league, or school. The free toolkit needs no trial and no credit card. Please use it lawfully, only add people's details when you have a reason to hold them, and don't try to access teams or data that aren't yours.

Clubs and organisations

Clubs may use Pitch Side for their teams. Each team's coaches and managers manage its members. A Pro subscription belongs to the one account that bought it: it gives that account AI session generation, and it doesn't cover other coaches in the same club or team.

Pitch Side Pro

Pro costs €4.99 a month. Stripe, our payment provider, takes the payment and renews it automatically each month until you cancel. We never see or store your full card details. If a payment fails, Pro features stop until a payment succeeds. The free toolkit and your data aren't affected.

AI fair use

Every AI generation costs us money with our AI provider, so Pro has two monthly limits per account: up to 500 generations, and up to 2 US dollars of AI provider cost. Whichever limit you reach first applies. In our testing, typical session plans reached the cost limit at about 458 generations. Longer plans use more of it, so you may get fewer. When you reach a limit, AI generation pauses until the start of the next calendar month (UTC). Everything else in the app keeps working, and the price doesn't change.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Go to Settings, choose Manage subscription, and cancel in Stripe's secure billing portal. When your subscription ends, your account goes back to the free plan. Your teams, sessions, and other data are kept.

Refunds

Cancelling stops future payments. It doesn't refund payments you've already made, and we don't refund automatically. If you think you were charged by mistake, email support@pitchsideapp.net and we'll look into it. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Your data

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase. You can export or delete your data at any time from the Settings page. See our privacy policy for full details on how we handle your information.

No warranty

Pitch Side is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep things working, but we can't guarantee the app will be error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pitch Side and its contributors shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this application.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
