Keep the pilot safe and lightweight

Test the workflow—not how much personal information you can add. Clubs remain responsible for consent, welfare, safeguarding and approved communication procedures.

Use synthetic names or the minimum consented team data.
Never add passwords, identity documents or payment-card information.
